With a background in real estate development and construction, Angelo brings a practical understanding of the real estate industry, construction, property conditions, and the risks that buyers, sellers, property owners, and real estate professionals face.
Under Angelo’s leadership, Certified Inspectors has grown into a full-service inspection company providing residential, commercial, insurance, marine, and environmental inspection services throughout South Florida.
Angelo has extensive experience evaluating residential and commercial properties, including luxury homes, multifamily buildings, condominium associations, retail properties, restaurants, offices, warehouses, marinas, and other specialized properties. His approach focuses on identifying significant property conditions, explaining their potential implications, and giving clients the information they need to make informed real estate decisions.
