Home Inspection Warranty & Protection Programs For South Florida Homeowners
At Certified Inspectors, LLC, we believe a professional home inspection should provide more than just information — it should also provide confidence and peace of mind. That is why we offer two different levels of post-inspection protection for our clients.
These programs serve very different purposes, and we want homeowners to clearly understand how each one works, what is included, and whether there are any additional costs involved.
INCLUDED PROTECTION PACKAGE
Automatically Included With Every Full Home Inspection
Every qualifying full home inspection performed by Certified Inspectors, LLC includes a complimentary post-inspection protection package provided through Inspector Services Group (ISG). This protection package is automatically included with your inspection at no additional charge to the buyer. The cost of the program is already built into the inspection service provided by our company. No separate enrollment or purchase is required.

Unlike the ISG Package, these plans are:
- Optional
- Purchased directly by the homeowner

- Designed for longer-term repair protection
These plans function more like a traditional home warranty policy and may provide coverage for major household systems and appliances for 12 to 18 months depending on the selected plan.
Available Plans
RWS offers multiple coverage options. Pricing generally ranges from approximately $699 to $849 depending on coverage level, home size, and selected options.
