Agreement Overview

The Residential Master Service Agreement establishes the general terms, conditions, limitations, and responsibilities governing residential inspection services performed by Certified Inspectors.

Individual Service Schedules supplement the Master Agreement by defining the scope, limitations, and terms applicable to the specific inspection services selected by the Client.

Only the schedules corresponding to the services listed in your Work Order become part of your inspection agreement. We encourage you to review the applicable agreement documents before your inspection so you understand exactly what is included in your services.

Residential Master Service Agreement

The Residential Master Service Agreement establishes the legal framework governing all residential inspection services performed by Certified Inspectors. It defines the general terms, conditions, limitations of liability, inspection standards, dispute resolution procedures, and other provisions applicable to every residential inspection engagement.

The following Residential Inspection Service Schedules supplement the Residential Master Service Agreement and apply only to the specific inspection services selected in your Work Order. Each schedule defines the scope, limitations, exclusions, and additional terms applicable to an individual inspection service. Only the schedules identified in your Work Order become part of your inspection agreement.
